SpinQuest Review: Fun Games, But Cash-Outs Move at a Snail’s Pace

If you’re considering giving SpinQuest your time—or more importantly, your money—you may want to think twice unless you truly don’t mind waiting a week or longer to receive your winnings. I’m currently on Day 3 of waiting for my cash-out to be approved, not even processed or paid out yet, and honestly, the experience has been nothing but frustrating.

SpinQuest claims they handle withdrawals in the order they’re received, but there is simply no realistic way that a basic approval should take this long. Customer service gives the same scripted, copy-and-paste answer every time:

“We can’t provide an estimated timeframe.”

That’s not support—that’s stalling.

Mandatory ACH = Mandatory Waiting

Another downside: your first withdrawal must be done through ACH, and once (or if) SpinQuest finally approves it, you’re looking at another 2–5 business days before the funds actually hit your bank.

So realistically?

You could wait a full week or more from the time you request your money to the time you actually see it.

Games Are Decent… But Nothing You Can’t Get Elsewhere

To be fair, SpinQuest does offer some decent games. But the problem is, High 5 Casino has most of the same titles, plus a huge library of games SpinQuest doesn’t offer at all.

And the real kicker?

High 5 Casino actually pays you. Quickly.

ACH withdrawals: Next business morning

While waiting almost three full days for SpinQuest approval, I’ve already:

Requested 3 withdrawals at High 5 Casino

Received all 3

And yet… SpinQuest still hasn’t approved the one from days ago

That alone speaks for itself.

The Real Question: Will They Even Approve It?

At this point, I’m not even sure my withdrawal will be approved. And that uncertainty is exactly why I cannot, in good conscience, recommend SpinQuest to anyone who values their money or their time.

Final Verdict

SpinQuest isn’t the worst platform for gameplay—but in terms of payout reliability, communication, and trust, they fall extremely short.

Would I recommend playing here?

Only if you’re fine with waiting a week or more to get paid—if you even get paid at all.

There are safer, faster, and more reliable platforms out there. Spend your time—and money—somewhere else.
