Online gaming platforms are supposed to be fun, convenient, and trustworthy. Unfortunately, that’s not always the case. Big Rock Gaming, an online gaming platform available on Messenger, has left my family and me with a bitter experience that I feel obligated to share.
It all started when my friend Sabrina decided to send Big Rock Gaming $10 to load into her account. Instead of getting what she paid for, the company failed to load her money. They didn’t refund it either. To make matters worse, they locked her game account and completely blocked her from contacting them. Why? Because she had the audacity to message them on my behalf to ask why they weren’t loading my funds. Their response? Rudeness and retaliation.
This unprofessional behavior isn’t just a one-time mishap—it’s a pattern. The platform is notorious for being slow when loading funds. Even worse, when it’s time to cash out your winnings, you can expect delays that stretch beyond reason.
But the worst part is the attitude of their staff. They are unprofessional, impolite, and clearly uninterested in resolving issues. Instead of handling customer concerns with courtesy and care, they resort to blocking accounts and ignoring messages.
For anyone considering trying out Big Rock Gaming, I urge you to think twice. A platform that mishandles your money, locks your account without cause, and treats customers poorly isn’t worth your time—or your hard-earned cash.
There are plenty of gaming platforms out there that value their customers and provide the kind of experience you deserve. Big Rock Gaming isn’t one of them. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this platform.
